The Project “Job Scheduling and Performance Monitoring” has been developed for APT Infoway , Coimbatore . The system using Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL server as development environment. The system mainly deals with complaint management and employee management.

The system allows user to log into the system and enter the developer’s attendance, work schedule allotment for a developer and complaint management for the existing received complaints from customers and new complaint registration. 

The details of all customers, complaints, developers, attendance are taken from the data reports which are available in the package .The system provides a user-friendly GUI based application for the marble company. This system has been developed under Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server environment and uses client – server architecture.
