Project Abstract

The Project is entitled by “COMPUTER SALES AND SERVICES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”, is developed to systemize the activities of the company regarding its purchase, sales and service activities of computers involved in the concern.

The Product details, Order details, Purchase and Sales Details and the details about the customer and suppliers are maintained.

The Project computerizes the entire activities involved in sales and servicing of a computer. The Product details contain the details about each and every type of computer that the company possesses.

Purchase details of the product and various transactions involved in purchase of a computer are maintained.

Sales details of each computer in the concern are also recorded. The Project also maintains the details about the suppliers of the company and the customer details.

Various reports like date wise customer, transaction report, product wise report, purchase and sales reports are generated.

This software is developed by using Visual Basic as Front-end and SQL-Server 2000 as the Back-end. The system can be implemented in windows platform, and data report is the reporting tool.
